Go-to-Market strategy for international expansion. Leads community engagement, organizational partnerships, and branding on a Go-to-Market team as the company scales up operations.
Global client advisory and capacity building. Spent three years on a client team supporting and advising more than 70 cybersecurity teams worldwide, leading onboarding, training workshops, and needs assessments across many countries and cultures.
Product and go-to-market support for a European startup. Helped a European cybersecurity startup build out its key product lines, services, and Go-to-Market efforts.
Research for the Canadian government. Co-authored research on climate migration and presented the findings to Global Affairs Canada and policymakers in Ottawa.
Operations & ownership
Company formation and governance. Started multiple companies, including consulting and property management companies, covering entity structuring, governance, and carrying my own commercial risk.
Executive and board reporting. Produced strategic reports, metrics dashboards, and briefings for executive leadership and boards of directors.
Property acquisition and operations. Acquired and managed a multi-unit residential building, covering renovations, tenancies, and day-to-day operations.
Professional training and course development. Co-authored the SANS FOR478: Cyber Threat Intelligence Foundations course and founded a mentorship program for analysts.
Intelligence & risk
Crisis intelligence during the invasion of Ukraine. Delivered more than 35 intelligence reports and briefings that supported leadership decisions about the safety of employees on the ground.
Stakeholder requirements programs. Designed and ran stakeholder interview processes that turned leadership priorities into action plans, and published the methodology so others could use it.
Facility risk assessments. Conducted site visits and interviews across more than a dozen facilities, identifying risks and delivering remediation plans.
Political violence research. Conducted research, analysis, and briefings on political violence trends in North America.
Risk measurement frameworks for a large enterprise organization. Built a threat-assessment matrix and a methodology to measure risk holistically across fraud, cyber, and physical domains.
